How to Use the Breathing Exercise Game

Our Breathing Exercise Game is planned to guide you over modest, mindful breathing. When you open the game, you’ll see a circle slightly expanding. Your task is to match your breath with the circle’s movement:

  • Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose as the circle raises larger.
  • Exhale gently and completely through your mouth as the circle shrinks.

Focus your full consideration on the movement of the circle and the sense of your breathing. Let any worrying thoughts point away while you stay connected to your breath.
Try to continue the exercise for at least 3 to 5 minutes for maximum advantage. If you feel distracted, slightly bring your attention back to the expanding or shrinking circle and your breathing.

You don’t need any special tool or any equipment just a few silent minutes and a will to reduce anxiety or stress. This game can be played whenever you need a quick break from work, whether during a busy day, after a stressful, boring event, or before sleeping.
